Prof. James A. Smith, MIRTHE deputy director and Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Princeton University, recently gave a plenary lecture on “Modeling and Remote Sensing Studies of Regional Climate in Urban Environments” at the Beijing Institute of Technology. He was visiting Beijing as a member of the MIRTHE team currently working there.
