Precision Monitoring of Human Metabolism
MIRTHE in collaboration with The Optical Society (OSA) will host a workshop on Precision Monitoring of Human Metabolism, which will be composed of a morning session focusing on developing new tools for drug discovery and predicting efficacy in patient populations, and an afternoon session on environmental health. Leaders from industry, government, academia and clinical research, as well as the venture capital and technology investment community will discuss opportunities for the deployment and commercialization of sensors related to health and the environment. The program will also explore trends and developments for portable sensing platforms that are poised to provide valuable insights on how environmental factors and individuals' metabolism may play an important role within this research area. Come and share your ideas. The program will provide poster and networking sessions to interact with the experts in this field as well as to discuss future research directions and commercialization opportunities.
